Hey everyone, I was at a bit of a loose end the other day, and wanted the chance to take a few photos of some of my knives, I havent had the opportunity to photograph a couple of them..so I thought...RIGHT!!...its happening...
In the end a couple of them came out nice, and some are pretty darn crappy, but I hope you find the time to take a looksee, please dont get me wrong, they arent huge dollar customs, but I think a few of them are abosolute honeys....your opinions are always most welcome-whether you like the knives or not.
I just love Stag, bone - be it jigged or not...I find it quite mesmerising looking at the colours, the style of jigging-as you guys do too Im guessing:)
Please note, you will see film and light fluff on blades-thats just a thin coat of Mineral oil.
Here are two nice examples of Stag...I am quite atteached to both of these knives..they do a lot of your smaller everday work-the reprofiled blade of the pruner is a garden knife, and my G.E.C is my favourite edc..
Schatt & Morgan Premier Muskrat...this thing has lovely bone, and jigging..this is one very cool knife! :)
Case Classic 6391 large sleeveboard splitspring whittler, this knife is a big knife, over 4&1/2 closed, the bone is just incredible..A real nice knife in my opinion, shown with a lovely Standard Knife-Case bros trapper, and an Antique Bone Trapper, Antique bone Queen Stckman, and my lovely little Primble..this is one hell of a nicely made knife...I am very attached to this lovely little knife
Very nice jigged bone , very nice colour..very nice wee knife!
My favourite Old queen Trapper, lovely old Bone, most awesome old blades.
Cases good old workers, a '79 full sized Soddie, and single bladed Trapper, both in real nice cond-the trapper does have small spring pin cracks-this is ok, its a great knife
I love Uncle Henrys ( U.S.A made )
And I realy love my Old Timers...these knives are SUCH good knives!!
